Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or campaign management
- Proficiency in media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian media landscape and consumer behavior
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
