Outshore Services is currently seeking a talented, hands-on Media Buyer to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for our growing international client portfolio. This is a high-growth opportunity that begins on a part-time basis with a clear trajectory to scale into a full-time role as you demonstrate performance and results.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid media strategies across various platforms. We are looking for someone who understands data, thrives on conversion metrics, and knows how to scale winning campaigns. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor daily budgets and performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet or exceed ROAS goals.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and reports to the account management team.
- Manage tracking setups, including Pixel and Conversion API implementations, to ensure accurate data attribution.
- Research target audiences and competitor strategies to refine media buying tactics.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief and refine high-converting ad assets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer (minimum 2 years).
- Deep understanding of the Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data visualization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and rapid optimization.
