Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of media campaigns, including strategy formulation, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor campaign health in real-time to identify underperforming channels and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Analyze performance metrics and data reports to derive actionable insights and optimize bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Proven track record of managing paid media channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and campaign management software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present to clients and internal teams.
