In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our content strategy, transforming brand concepts into visually stunning and highly engaging multimedia experiences.
As our Media Producer, you will oversee the full production lifecycle—from initial concept and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery. Whether it's crafting high-energy social media clips, professional corporate videos, or immersive digital assets, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world sees our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, produce, and edit high-quality multimedia content for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts that align with campaign objectives.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including storyboarding, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
- Ensure all visual output adheres to brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and modern style.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media technologies, and viral content strategies.
- Assist in managing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Optimize media assets for different platforms, including web, social media, and internal presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related creative field.
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in video production and content creation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in videography, motion graphics, and narrative editing.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, framing, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
