Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry news, and social media sentiment regarding logistics and the SPX Express brand.
- Develop and execute strategic PR plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of SPX Express within the logistics sector.
- Manage relationships with journalists, editors, and key media contacts to secure positive coverage.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and corporate communications, to provide timely and accurate information.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, statements, and corporate communications materials.
- Monitor crisis communications and respond swiftly to mitigate reputational risks.
- Track and report on PR campaign performance and ROI using relevant metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Media Relations, Corporate Affairs, or Public Relations, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or technology industries.
- Strong writing and editing skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proven track record of managing media relations and executing successful PR campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a deep understanding of the media landscape in Indonesia.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market trends and media environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
