Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for medical devices targeting doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Create and distribute marketing materials including product brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
- Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements for medical devices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; preference for candidates with healthcare or medical background
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical devices industry
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and healthcare professional networks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive results
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
