Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Deliver scientifically accurate presentations on therapeutic areas and product information
- Monitor and report on medical trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between clinical teams and marketing departments
- Organize and participate in medical education programs and scientific symposiums
- Ensure all communications comply with ethical and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scientific messaging with marketing objectives
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (Doctor) or advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or similar healthcare role
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare system and regulatory environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with KOLs and HCPs
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Experience organizing medical conferences or educational events preferred
