Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive medical consultation, examination, and treatment to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and documentation for all patient interactions.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and emergency interventions as required by hospital protocols.
- Participate in the training and supervision of medical interns and junior staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, ethical standards, and government health regulations.
- Conduct regular rounds and follow-ups to monitor patient recovery progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
- Assist in the management of department-specific administrative tasks and quality improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license to practice Medicine in the Philippines.
- Completion of a relevant residency training program or equivalent clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine healthcare laws, medical ethics, and clinical practice standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with diverse patient populations.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in high-volume, fast-paced hospital environments.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospital information systems.
- Willingness to commit to the requested location in the Bicol Region.
