The Provincial Government of Catanduanes is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Officer III to join our public health team in the Bicol Region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services to our constituents, focusing on preventative care, clinical management, and community health initiatives.
As a Medical Officer III, you will serve as a key figure in our healthcare infrastructure, addressing the diverse health needs of the population. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to implement health programs, provide direct patient care, and ensure compliance with provincial and national health standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct clinical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in provincial health facilities.
- Develop and implement public health programs aimed at disease prevention and health promotion.
- Supervise and mentor nursing and administrative staff to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Coordinate with local health units for the effective implementation of government health mandates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Respond to emergency medical situations and participate in community outreach and disaster response programs.
- Prepare periodic reports on health status and medical service performance for provincial review.
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or public health setting.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patient groups.
- Proven ability to lead or work within a government or bureaucratic healthcare environment.
- Commitment to public service and the ethical standards of the medical profession.
