Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily patient rounds and provide comprehensive medical care.
- Perform physical examinations, diagnose medical conditions, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient history.
- Respond to emergency medical situations and provide critical care support.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient management.
- Participate in health education programs for patients and the community.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed Physician (MD or DVM) with a valid Professional License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Board Certified in the relevant medical specialty.
- Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Proficiency in using hospital information systems (HIS) and electronic medical records.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call as required.
