As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and is comfortable navigating the unique medical landscape of Central Java and Yogyakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff in assigned territories.
- Promote and explain the benefits of SCCR Indonesia's product portfolio effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the designated region.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to ensure product availability and brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Organize and participate in medical seminars, conferences, and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
- Deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Central Java and Yogyakarta region.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own a personal vehicle.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in local dialects is a significant advantage.
