Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Obstetricians, Gynecologists (Obgyns), and Midwives to promote product efficacy.
- Plan and execute strategic medical visits to hospitals, clinics, and private practices within the Medan area.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive territory management.
- Educate healthcare providers on the clinical benefits and scientific foundation of Blackmores products.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to identify new market opportunities and expand our customer database.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Prepare regular activity reports and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical or nutrition industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence professional stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills and high proficiency in medical product knowledge.
- Resilient, target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales objectives.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated Medan territory.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
