Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies and action plans
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for regional management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of medical sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and Semarang market dynamics
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
