Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Promote and explain the clinical benefits of Dexa Medica’s oral, injection, and antibiotic product lines.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to provide product updates and medical education.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Manage product distribution and ensure availability across designated accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using our CRM system to track sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Bekasi area.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Highly target-oriented, resilient, and capable of working under pressure.
- Good understanding of medical terminology and the pharmaceutical sales cycle.
