Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare? United Dico Citas is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Manado. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our market footprint by managing relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable navigating the unique challenges of the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, ensuring our high-quality products reach those who need them most.
As our Sales Representative, you will act as the face of United Dico Citas. We value professionals who are proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. If you are deeply familiar with the OTC (Over-the-Counter) market, ethical drugs, and medical equipment sales, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacists, and medical facility procurement teams in the Manado region.
- Actively promote and sell a diverse portfolio of OTC products, ethical pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account planning.
- Conduct regular visits to current and potential clients to provide product updates and training.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to provide insightful sales reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations regarding the distribution of medical goods.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
- Solid understanding of the OTC and Ethical product landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation is a strong advantage.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Educational background in Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, or a related healthcare/business field is preferred.
