As a Membership Associate, your primary focus will be driving sales and member acquisition. You will engage with potential clients through various channels, conducting presentations, answering inquiries, and closing membership deals. We are looking for someone who possesses a persuasive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct face-to-face and over-the-phone sales presentations to prospective members.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new members, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Manage incoming member inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in, providing timely and accurate information.
- Update and maintain member records in the CRM system to track engagement and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote membership drives and cooperative events.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and acquisition goals.
- Resolve member concerns and complaints to ensure high retention rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent sales techniques and a proven track record of customer service excellence.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in Makati City, Metro Manila.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
