Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive membership strategies to attract, retain, and engage members
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse volunteer cohort aligned with organizational values
- Create and implement volunteer development programs including onboarding, skill-building, and recognition
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with members, volunteers, and community stakeholders
- Oversee membership database management and analytics to drive data-informed decisions
- Coordinate member events, volunteer activities, and community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with program teams to integrate member and volunteer insights into organizational strategy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Non-profit Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in membership development or volunteer management
- Proven track record in building and scaling community engagement programs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven program management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
