Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individual clients.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and workplace stress.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and professional clinical documentation in compliance with international health standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and clinical supervisors, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Lead therapeutic workshops or support groups focused on mental health awareness and resilience.
- Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to meet therapeutic goals.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Possess a valid 'Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog' (SIPP) or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical counseling or therapy settings.
- Strong proficiency in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of psychological assessments, diagnostic criteria (DSM-5), and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professional boundaries.
- Experience in an international organization or multicultural setting is considered a strong advantage.
