Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise MEP installations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to comply with technical drawings and project specifications
- Lead and coordinate site teams, including technicians and subcontractors, for daily operations
- Monitor project progress against schedule, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements
- Resolve technical conflicts and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management
- Manage material inventory and resource allocation to optimize site efficiency
- Overfit-out coordination between MEP systems and other construction disciplines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of MEP site supervision experience in fit-out or construction projects
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection)
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or MEP technical qualifications preferred
- Proven track record in leading teams of 10+ technicians across multiple projects
- Expertise in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make field decisions under pressure
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation and stakeholder communication
