As a Merchandiser Sales, you will play a crucial role in maximizing product visibility and sales performance in the Bogor area. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong relationships with retail outlets, ensuring proper product display, and providing excellent customer service. You will be the face of our company in these locations, representing our brand values and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 5.250.000 – Rp 5.750.000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within our organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain excellent relationships with retail outlets in the Bogor area
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising according to company standards
- Monitor product inventory levels and report stock availability to management
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product visibility and promotional effectiveness
- Provide product information and training to outlet staff when necessary
- Collect and report customer feedback and market intelligence
- Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns at assigned outlets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all retail locations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Basic knowledge of product display and visual merchandising principles
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
