We are seeking a dedicated and organized Merchandiser (Skintific) to join the Shopperplus team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand in retail stores, ensuring our high-quality skincare products are available, visible, and well-presented to maximize sales opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on executing merchandising plans, maintaining high display standards, and managing inventory levels efficiently. You will work closely with store teams to drive product awareness and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage their territory effectively, meet strict deadlines, and contribute to the continued success of the Skintific brand in the Malaysian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility in all assigned retail outlets.
- Execute merchandising standards and maintain high-quality Point of Purchase (POP) displays.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends.
- Ensure proper product rotation and correct facing on shelves.
- Report daily activities and stock status using internal systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 'N' Levels of education (SPM/O-Level or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and speak English fluently.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Physically fit to carry products weighing up to 15kg.
- Valid transportation to travel between multiple store locations.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
