This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or those seeking a new challenge to gain hands-on experience in a leading retail environment.
In this role, you will be immersed in the daily operations of a high-volume retail store. You will work closely with senior management to learn the ins and outs of inventory control, customer service excellence, and team leadership. The SAP is designed to fast-track your career, providing you with the tools and mentorship needed to become a future store leader. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily store operations and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment, receiving, and stocktaking processes.
- Ensure the store environment meets MR.DIY's high standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Greet customers warmly, provide product recommendations, and resolve any inquiries or complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Train and guide new staff members on basic store procedures and product knowledge.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist in analyzing performance metrics to improve store goals.
- Handle cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) operations accurately.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM/Diploma holder or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership potential and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for the retail industry and a strong desire for career advancement.
