Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, onboard, and onboard new merchants across diverse industry segments
- Develop and execute targeted acquisition strategies to meet KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential merchant segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchant stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless merchant integration
- Prepare regular performance reports and acquisition analytics
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Must possess personal transportation for merchant visits
- Strong analytical abilities and market awareness
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
