Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end merchant communication campaigns across email, SMS, and in-platform channels
  • Analyze merchant behavior data and campaign metrics to optimize messaging strategies and engagement rates
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align communication calendars with product launches and operational changes
  • Create compelling, segmented content for different merchant cohorts to drive platform adoption and retention
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor communications to identify innovation opportunities
  • Build and maintain merchant communication templates and ensure brand consistency
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications or campaign management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, SQL) for campaign optimization
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
