Join Dwi Cermat Indonesia as a Merchant Relation Officer based in Ternate, Maluku Utara. In this contract role, you will be the key point of contact for our SME offline merchants, ensuring they maximize the value of our Merchant Apps. You will drive sales growth in your designated area while providing ongoing training and support to build long-term partnerships. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining excellent relationships with merchants, meeting sales targets, conducting product training, and gathering feedback to improve our services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance merchant satisfaction and retention. Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets within the assigned territory
- Conduct on-site training and onboarding for merchants to ensure effective app usage
- Monitor merchant performance and provide actionable insights to improve adoption
- Resolve merchant issues and escalate complex cases to relevant departments
- Collect feedback from merchants and collaborate with product teams to enhance features
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, merchant feedback, and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or merchant relations
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively within Ternate and surrounding areas
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using mobile apps
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
