Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a portfolio of merchants by providing proactive support and ensuring their operational success.
- Execute merchant onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and system configurations are completed accurately.
- Monitor merchant performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales and service quality.
- Conduct regular site visits and check-ins to foster strong relationships and address any service gaps.
- Resolve merchant inquiries and technical issues promptly to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Educate merchants on platform features, tools, and best practices to maximize their business potential.
- Prepare regular activity reports and performance updates for the regional management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, or account management is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic office software (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area (Tapin and surrounding regions).
- Local candidate residing in or willing to work in Tapin, Kalimantan Selatan.
