Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for empowering local businesses? Staffinc Group is looking for a dynamic Merchant Success Executive to join our team in Aceh Barat Daya. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, helping local UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) modernize their payment systems by facilitating the installation and adoption of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) devices.
As a Merchant Success Executive, you won't just be selling a product; you will be acting as a consultant to help business owners increase their transaction efficiency and grow their revenue. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, persuasive, and committed to providing excellent service to our merchant partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential merchant partners (UMKM) in the assigned region.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of EDC payment solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end merchant acquisition process, from initial contact to successful installation.
- Provide training to merchants on the daily operation and troubleshooting of EDC machines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing merchants to ensure satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Report daily field activities and market feedback to the regional sales management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development (prior experience with payment gateways or fintech is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence business owners.
- Deep understanding of the local market and business landscape in Aceh Barat Daya.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain new digital financial tools.
