Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for sales and business growth? Staffinc Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Merchant Success Executive to join our team in Aceh Barat. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our digital payment ecosystem by onboarding new merchants and UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to our EDC (Electronic Data Capture) network.
As a Merchant Success Executive, you will act as a consultant to local business owners, helping them modernize their payment infrastructure to increase efficiency and sales. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new merchants and UMKM partners within the Aceh Barat region.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations of EDC machines to prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and cold calling to contract signing and terminal installation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with merchant owners to ensure high usage of our payment solutions.
- Monitor merchant performance and provide ongoing support or troubleshooting to ensure service reliability.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales acquisition targets set by the regional management team.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on sales progress, market feedback, and pipeline management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management is a plus.
- Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or marketing, preferably within the fintech, banking, or retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Deep familiarity with the local business landscape and merchant network in Aceh Barat.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a private vehicle.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing mobile applications and basic hardware tools.
- Target-driven, persistent, and resilient when dealing with objections.
