Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven Merchant Success Executive to support the Buku Warung expansion in Lombok. In this role, you will be the face of our partnership, helping local merchants digitize their operations and succeed in a competitive market.
You will play a critical role in merchant acquisition, educating business owners on the benefits of our platform, and ensuring long-term success through active relationship management. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new merchants within the Lombok area to join the Buku Warung ecosystem.
- Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate the platform’s features and benefits to business owners.
- Provide training and onboarding support to ensure merchants can use the application effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing merchants to drive platform loyalty.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly merchant acquisition and activation targets.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback to the operations team regarding competitor activity.
- Solve merchant issues or inquiries promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Sales professional, preferably in FMCG, Telecommunications, or Merchant Acquisition sectors.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Lombok.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C driver's license.
- Highly communicative with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications for business tracking and reporting.
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
