In this role, you will be the bridge between technology and local entrepreneurs, helping them digitize their operations and grow their businesses through Buku Warung's innovative financial tools.
You will be responsible for merchant acquisition, education, and relationship management. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants within the Nias area to use the Buku Warung platform.
- Educate merchants on the benefits, features, and utility of the Buku Warung application.
- Maintain consistent and healthy relationships with existing merchants to ensure high retention and platform adoption rates.
- Monitor and analyze merchant performance data to provide constructive feedback and support.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet sales targets and resolve merchant operational issues on-site.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to the Area Manager.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries and troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, trade marketing, or merchant acquisition is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the local market and community in Nias.
- Proficient in operating smartphones and familiar with digital financial applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work in the field and mobile within the assigned territory.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle.
- Result-oriented, self-driven, and highly disciplined.
