Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively canvas and identify potential new merchants within the designated territory.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our platform.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly merchant acquisition targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and site visits to contract signing and onboarding.
  • Educate merchants on operational tools and best practices to ensure their success and platform utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and merchant feedback in the company CRM.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with business owners to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Telecommunications, or Merchant Acquisition sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse business owners.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation, and resilience in a field-based environment.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field mobility.
  • Ability to operate mobile applications and digital reporting tools proficiently.
  • Familiarity with the Bengkulu Utara area is highly preferred.
