Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, canvassing, or field sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Kalimantan Timur
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
