Staffinc Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Merchant Success Executive (Sales Canvasser) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of innovation, helping local businesses in Padang Lawas, Sumatera Utara, transition to modern payment solutions via Electronic Data Capture (EDC).
Your primary mission will be to identify, approach, and onboard new Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) to utilize our EDC technology. We are looking for a results-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment and possesses the ability to build lasting relationships with merchants. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial canvassing and product demonstration to final installation and training. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active field canvassing to identify potential merchants for EDC installation and sales.
- Promote and sell Staffinc Group's EDC and POS solutions to UMKM owners in the Padang Lawas area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, contract signing, and device activation.
- Provide on-site installation support and hands-on training to merchants on how to use the EDC device effectively.
- Monitor daily sales performance and report progress to the sales manager to meet monthly targets.
- Collect necessary merchant data and documentation accurately for system records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, canvassing, or telesales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles.
- Valid SIM A driving license is a strong advantage for field mobility.
- Residing in or willing to work in Padang Lawas, Sumatera Utara.
