Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and qualify new UMKM prospects in Medan region
- Conduct field visits to present EDC payment solutions to potential merchants
- Execute complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Coordinate EDC installation and provide onboarding training to merchants
- Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly sales activity reports
- Develop deep understanding of local business landscape and payment needs
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets while maintaining merchant satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 qualification with 1+ years in sales or canvassing experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales or merchant acquisition
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with persuasive presentation abilities
- Valid SIM C and reliable transportation for field activities
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems and POS technology
- High resilience and ability to work independently in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of Medan's commercial districts preferred
