Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving digital transformation in the retail sector? Staffinc Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Merchant Success Executive (Sales Canvasser) to join our team in Jayawijaya. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping local UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) modernize their payment ecosystems by facilitating the adoption of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant network, educating business owners on the benefits of cashless transactions, and ensuring our partners receive the best possible service. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new merchant partners (UMKM) within the Jayawijaya area.
- Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of EDC machine features and benefits.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to successful onboarding and installation.
- Provide training to merchants on how to effectively operate and maintain EDC hardware.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new EDC activations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and provide accurate daily sales reports.
- Build long-term, positive relationships with local business owners to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, or retail merchandising is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence business owners.
- Familiarity with the local Jayawijaya business landscape is a significant advantage.
- High mobility and willingness to work primarily in the field.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Basic technical aptitude to handle electronic payment hardware setup.
