As a Merchant Success Executive, you'll conduct field outreach to assess merchant needs, demonstrate EDC benefits, and facilitate seamless installations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive field canvassing to identify new UMKM merchants for EDC installations
- Present EDC solutions and benefits to potential merchant clients
- Complete merchant documentation and installation coordination
- Track and exceed monthly sales acquisition targets
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships post-installation
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with technical team for seamless onboarding
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or merchant acquisition
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Familiarity with Tambrauw/Papua Barat geography advantageous
- Basic knowledge of payment systems or fintech products
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Target-driven with proven sales track record
