Staffinc Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Merchant Success Executive (Sales Canvasser) to join our expanding team in Kaur, Bengkulu. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying and onboarding new merchant partners while fostering strong relationships to ensure long-term mutual success.

As a Merchant Success Executive, you will be tasked with strategic field sales, market penetration, and merchant education. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the resilience to meet ambitious targets. If you have a background in FMCG or telecommunications and a proven track record in merchant acquisition, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants in the assigned territory of Kaur.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations to explain the value proposition of our services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and canvassing to final activation.
  • Maintain a high activity level to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing merchants to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reporting on field activities, market insights, and competitive updates to management.
  • Assist merchants with initial training and troubleshooting to ensure seamless service adoption.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, particularly in FMCG, Telecommunications, or Merchant Acquisition sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
  • High level of resilience, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local area (Kaur, Bengkulu) and local market dynamics.
  • Willingness to work in the field and perform high-volume canvassing.
  • Proficiency in using mobile applications and CRM tools for sales tracking.
