In this role, you will be the face of our fintech initiatives, helping local UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) modernize their payment systems by facilitating the adoption of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminals.
You will play a critical role in bridging the digital gap for local merchants, driving financial inclusion, and maximizing transaction efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new local merchants and UMKM candidates for EDC machine implementation.
- Conduct field visits to build rapport with business owners and demonstrate the value proposition of our payment solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial canvassing and qualification to contract signing and terminal installation.
- Provide comprehensive training to merchants on how to use, maintain, and troubleshoot their new EDC devices.
- Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activities to meet or exceed monthly sales acquisition targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to help the regional team optimize our sales strategies.
- Ensure all merchant documentation and onboarding paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, canvassing, or retail banking operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade business owners.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a field environment.
- Good knowledge of the local Mahakam Ulu business landscape is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable motorcycle for daily field mobility.
