This dynamic sales role focuses on identifying and onboarding new UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) for our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine installations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive field canvassing to identify new UMKM and sales prospects
- Present and demonstrate EDC machine solutions to potential merchants
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate EDC installation schedules and provide operational training
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant onboarding challenges
- Analyze local market trends to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; business degree preferred
- Proven experience in direct sales, canvassing, or field sales
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate and understand local business ecosystems
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
