Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and merchant development? Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven Merchant Success Executive (Sales Canvasser) to join our dynamic team in Bulungan, Kalimantan Utara. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for expanding our merchant network by onboarding local businesses and UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to our modern EDC (Electronic Data Capture) payment solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively canvas and visit potential UMKM merchants in the Bulungan area to introduce EDC payment solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to ensure consistent acquisition of new merchants.
- Explain the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our EDC systems to business owners.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including document verification and device installation.
- Provide training to merchants on how to effectively use the EDC machines and mobile apps.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets for merchant acquisition.
- Maintain a professional image and represent Staffinc Group values at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, or direct marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in Bulungan, Kalimantan Utara.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain basic digital payment processes to non-technical users.
