In this role, you will be the face of our company, driving the adoption of digital payment solutions by partnering with local UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises).
As a Merchant Success Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our network by conducting direct sales outreach and facilitating the installation of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new merchant partners (UMKM) in the Tana Toraja area to adopt digital payment solutions.
- Conduct professional sales presentations to explain the benefits and features of our EDC services.
- Handle the end-to-end process of EDC machine installation and ensure merchant readiness.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure long-term satisfaction and usage.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets for new merchant acquisition.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, competitor insights, and merchant feedback to the management team.
- Educate merchants on operational procedures and troubleshooting for their payment devices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or retail business development is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of the local Tana Toraja market and strong networking capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
- Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Ability to operate mobile applications and digital reporting tools effectively.
