Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven Merchant Success Executive (Sales Canvasser) to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Kepahiang. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for expanding our merchant network by bringing new UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) onboard to our digital payment ecosystem through EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machine installation.
You will play a critical role in digitizing local businesses, helping them streamline their transactions, and fostering financial inclusion in the Bengkulu region. If you possess a hunter mindset, enjoy working in the field, and thrive on meeting daily targets, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new merchants (UMKM) to partner with our digital payment platform.
- Perform field canvassing to reach potential clients and educate them on the benefits of EDC machine adoption.
- Manage the end-to-end merchant acquisition process, from initial contact to successful machine installation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local business owners.
- Provide training to merchants on how to effectively operate and troubleshoot EDC devices.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales performance updates to the management team.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and installation targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in direct sales, canvassing, or field marketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, particularly in local negotiation.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Kabupaten Kepahiang.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
