Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for driving business growth? Staffinc Group is looking for a dynamic Merchant Success Executive (Sales Canvasser) to join our team in Muko Muko, Bengkulu. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for expanding our merchant network by onboarding local MSMEs (UMKM) and facilitating the adoption of EDC payment solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in accelerating digital transformation for local businesses. We are looking for someone who excels in direct sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives on meeting ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new merchant leads (UMKM) within the Muko Muko region.
- Conduct direct sales visits to potential clients to introduce and pitch EDC payment solutions.
- Perform on-site demonstrations of product features and benefits to business owners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to successful contract signing and installation.
- Provide training to merchants on how to effectively operate and troubleshoot EDC machines.
- Maintain a high level of activity and meet monthly acquisition targets consistently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with merchants to ensure product retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, field sales, or canvassing (experience in fintech or EDC is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the local context.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Willing to travel frequently within the Muko Muko area.
