Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs through paid social advertising
- Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and derive optimization strategies
- Experience developing multi-channel campaigns with integrated social media components
- Certification in Meta Blueprint or equivalent digital advertising credentials preferred
