- Supervise daily metal fabrication activities to meet production targets and deadlines
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant work environments
- Monitor production quality through systematic inspections and quality control measures
- Train and mentor fabrication staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Manage inventory of raw materials and fabricated components
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in metal fabrication with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Technical certification in welding, CNC machining, or related fabrication field
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, tools, and safety standards
- Proven ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with production planning and process optimization
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Problem-solving skills for production challenges and quality issues
- Proficiency in inventory management and production reporting systems
