Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop relationships with institutional clients across metals markets including LME, precious metals, and critical raw materials
- Execute sales strategies for industrial and precious metal products, driving revenue growth and market penetration
- Collaborate with trading desks to provide market insights, pricing guidance, and risk assessment for client portfolios
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base within Southeast Asian and global commodity markets
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with corporate clients and institutional investors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting metals trading
- Prepare detailed sales reports, market analysis, and client performance metrics for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in commodity trading, sales, or metals market analysis
- Strong understanding of LME products, precious metals (gold, silver, platinum), and industrial metals
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships in financial services or commodities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English
- Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements in commodity trading
- Self-motivated with ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment
