We are seeking a reliable individual who is comfortable working outdoors and has a keen eye for detail. You will travel to different residential and commercial locations, record readings using digital tools, and verify meter information. Tanggung Jawab
- Visit assigned residential and commercial sites to read gas, water, and electric meters.
- Accurately record meter readings into handheld devices or mobile applications.
- Identify and report damaged, tampered, or malfunctioning meters to the maintenance team.
- Verify meter serial numbers and ensure all data is logged correctly.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or site owners.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety protocols while on the road.
- Prepare daily reports and update customer account records.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate reading and recording.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow strict schedules.
