- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on micro-optics and semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to schedules and procedures.
- Execute corrective maintenance (CM) and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and optical issues to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Calibrate and adjust precision instruments and systems to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data accurately.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
- Participate in equipment installation, modification, and upgrading projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within micro-optics, semiconductor, or high-precision manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electromechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and optical systems.
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations and strict adherence to ESD protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or extended hours as operational needs dictate.
