Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons to Middle and High School students.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement engaging teaching materials and resources that cater to various learning styles.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development, fostering a love for reading and writing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and refine the English curriculum in line with international standards.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or license (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching English Language and Literature in a Middle and/or High School setting.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of international curriculums (e.g., IGCSE, IB, or American curriculum).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
