Join the Municipal Government of Baliuag, Bulacan as a Midwife II and make a significant impact on maternal and child health in the Ilocos Region. This vital role involves providing comprehensive antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care to ensure healthy outcomes for mothers and newborns. You'll deliver evidence-based healthcare services, conduct health education sessions, and participate in community health programs. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll maintain accurate medical records while collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive antenatal and postnatal care services to expectant mothers
- Assist in normal deliveries and manage emergency obstetric situations
- Conduct health education sessions on maternal and child health, nutrition, and family planning
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
- Participate in immunization and child wellness programs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care
- Monitor and report public health trends in assigned communities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or related health field
- Valid PRC license as a Professional Midwife
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in maternal health services
- Strong knowledge of WHO and DOH health protocols
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation
- Excellent communication skills in local dialects and English
- Ability to work effectively in rural healthcare settings
